PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2813 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PACIFIC RIM <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-35D <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Rim Development Corporation has applied for <br />Design Review approval to construct a four building <br />specialty retail center consisting of approximately <br />103,902 square feet of floor area to be located on a 9.7 <br />acre site located in the northeast corner of the <br />intersection of Hopyard Road and SToneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 23, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />this type was included within the scope of that EIR, <br />therefore, no further environmental documents need be <br />considered at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section <br />Recommends approval of C <br />application of Pacific Rim <br />herein described subject to <br />ase PUD-81-30-35D, <br />Development Corporation as <br />the following conditions: <br />That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, building elevations, landscape <br />plan, grading plan and utility plan, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified herein. <br />That the developer submit a building permit survey <br />and a site development plan in accordance with the <br />Survey ordinance, and that these plans be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. That the site development plan <br />include all required information to design and <br />construct site, grading, paving, drainage and <br />utilities. Specific items to be indicated on the <br />site development plan necessary to construct the <br />improvements are to be in accordance with the most <br />
