Resolution No. 2823 <br />September 3, 1986 <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />provided proper public notice of completion of the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed General <br />Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Planning Commission finds, after having reviewed and <br />considered the material in the Environmental Impact <br />Report, that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is <br />complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project <br />proposed. <br />Section 2. Planning Commission finds that the Environmental <br />Impact Report prepared for the proposed General Plan has <br />been completed in compliance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, and state and city <br />guidelines. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 3RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 3, 1986 <br />ATTEST: <br />Brian W.
