~- y~3o <br />MEMORANDUM <br />September 10, 1986 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tracts 5684 through 5688 <br />Mohr Park, Units 4 through 8 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Sub division <br /> Ordinance of the City of Pl easanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br /> the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br /> approvals which this develo pment may have received from the City <br /> of Pleasanton. (PUD-83-8) <br />4. That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements <br />of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies <br />having jurisdiction. <br />5. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the City prior <br />to approval of the final map at the rate then in effect and for <br />the total number of lots in the final map, unless this <br />requirement has been otherwise satisfied. <br />6. That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple final maps <br />prior to the expiration of the conditionally approved tentative <br />map for this development; provided, however, that each such final <br />map filed shall provide for all normal and reasonable public <br />_____...._....~ .. ...........~e.a H,, tt,o r,+v +n ccrva that nortion of this <br />7. The extension of Kamp Drive north to Stoneridge Drive west to the <br />existing terminus at the west property line of the Molinaro <br />parcel be installed by the developer at the time of development <br />of Tract 5684, Mohr Park, Unit 4 unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer (See Condition 61 of PUD-83-8). This extension <br />shall include the proposed water line. <br />
