PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2830 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACTS 5684, 5685, 5686, 5687 AND <br />5688 FOR SHEA HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Shea Homes has applied to subdivide an approximately 35 <br />acre site into 193 parcels for residential use, ranging <br />in size from 2,750 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft., and 5 <br />parcels for private drives and common use area, located <br />generally in the area bounded by Oakland Avenue, Eilene <br />Drive and Mohr Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 10, <br />1986 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tracts 5684, 5655, 5686, <br />5687 and 5688 to be consistent with the City's General <br />Plan, zoning and in conformance with the approved <br />planned unit development for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tracts 5684, 5685, 5686, 5687, 5688, <br />application of Shea Homes to subdivide an approximately <br />35 acre site into 193 parcels for residential use, <br />ranging in size from 2,750 sq. ft. to 12,000 sq. ft., <br />and 5 parcels for private drives and common use area <br />located generally in the area bounded by Oakland Avenue, <br />Eilene Drive, and Mohr Avenue subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Maps Tracts 5684-5688 on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br />2. That access to Trenery Drive from Parcels 6 and 7 <br />shall be prohibited. <br />3. That proposed street names for the project shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval prior to recordation of the final map. <br />4. That a fencing plan for the duet residential units <br />be submitted to the Planning Department for review <br />- 1 - <br />
