Fesolution No. 2831 <br />Planning Commission <br />September 10, 1986 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-33, application of Kenneth <br />Dunn/Film Finders to allow warehousing of unclaimed <br />photo finishing orders to be located at 2110 Rheem Drive <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the operation of the business be substantially <br />as stated in the written description provided by <br />the applicant, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department, and that other uses or changes may <br />require further review and action by the City. <br />2. That the applicant apply for and be issued all <br />appropriate City permits for the business prior to <br />its commencement. <br />3. That this application is subject to a 24 month <br />review by the City staff at which time additional <br />conditions may be added as appropriate. <br />Section 2.
