Resolution No. 2832 <br />Planning Commission <br />September 10, 1986 <br />Ordinance. The proposed business will comply with all <br />applicable sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton <br />Zoning Code regarding conditional uses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-34, application of Dillingham <br />Construction Corporation for a conditional use permit to <br />allow warehousing of records and office furniture to be <br />located at 2142 Rheem Drive subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the operation of the business as stated in the <br />information provided by the applicant on the zoning <br />certificate application (Z-86-254), Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department, and that other <br />uses or changes may require further review and <br />action by the City. <br />2. That the applicant apply <br />appropriate City permits <br />its commencement. <br />3. That this application is <br />review by the City staff <br />conditions may be added <br />for and be issued all <br />for the business prior to <br />subject to a 24 month <br />at which time additional <br />as appropriate. <br />Section 2.
