Resolution No. 2833 <br />Planning Commission <br />September 10, 1986 <br />with all applicable sections of Chapter 18.124 of the <br />Pleasanton Zoning Code regarding conditional uses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-36, application of The Koll <br />Company for a conditional use permit to allow for the <br />establishment of a marketing office in a trailer to be <br />located at Bernal Avenue and Koll Center Drive subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plans, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the duration of the use of the trailer shall <br />be limited to 24 months, and that a new application <br />shall be required should the applicant desire an <br />extension of the use beyond that time. <br />3. That a revised landscape plan showing approved <br />plant species and solutions to the design problems <br />addressed in this report be submitted to the <br />Planning Department for approval prior to the <br />issuance of building permits. <br />4. That the temporary entry drive from the stub of <br />Koll Center Drive be abandoned and the drive <br />restored to its permanent configuration upon <br />completion of Koll Center Parkway and the alternate <br />access drive from that road to marketing trailer. <br />5. That suitable striping be provided to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer to clearly define <br />routes of ingress and egress along the temporary <br />entry drive from Koll Center Drive. <br />6. This development is approved subject to all of the <br />"Standard Conditions of Development" (Engineering - <br />26 through 55), except for Conditions No. 29, 31, <br />46, and 49. <br />7. That the developer submit a building permit survey <br />and a site development plan in accordance with the <br />Survey Ordinance; and that these plans be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. That the site development plan <br />include all required information to design and <br />construct site, grading, paving, drainage and <br />utilities. Specific items to be indicated on the <br />site development plan necessary to construct the <br />improvements are to be in accordance with the City <br />of Pleasanton Private Development Design Guidelines <br />and Standard Details adopted April 15, 1986. <br />- 2 - <br />
