7. The final map shall contain a brief legal description of any <br />parcel being resubdivided, a statement of lot and total <br />acreage, and a statement referencing any separate documents <br />required to be recorded with the map. Any dedications, open <br />offers of dedication, grants of easements, agreements, or other <br />required items shall be recorded concurrently with the <br />recordation of the final map. <br />8. That the developer provide the City with a reproducible mylar <br />copy of the recorded map with all recording datea shown. <br />9. That the building envelopes be shown and tied to the <br />parcel boundary with survey data. <br />10. That CC&Rs for this development be submitted to the <br />City for review and approval prior to City Council approval <br />of thie final map. The property owners association formed for <br />this development shall be the responsible billing party <br />for water and sanitary sewer fees. The City shall be named <br />as a third party beneficiary in the CC&RS. The property owner's <br />association shall enter into a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with the City (Planning Department) prior to City Council <br />approval of the final map. <br />
