MEMORANDUM <br />August 8, 1964 <br />T0: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Tract 5352, 39 California Avenue, <br />One Lot Subdivision for Condo Purposes <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />4. That any existing assessment district, which the property <br />may be subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the <br />final map or the developer will cause a segregation to be <br />completed in conjunction with the final map. <br />5. That the developer grant an easement to the City over those <br />parcels shown as public service easements (P.S.E.) and <br />which are approved by the City Engineer or other parcels <br />which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br />6. That the developer submit the following information to <br />the City Engineer for review and approval: <br />a. Two prints of the final map; <br />b. One copy of the preliminary title report; <br />c. One set of the computer closures; <br />d. One legible copy of the latest recorded deed for <br /> the parcel being subdivided; <br />e. One legible copy of the recorded deeds for <br /> each of the adjacent properties unless those properties <br /> are part of a recorded map which has been recorded within <br /> the last seven years. <br />
