Resolution No. 2839 <br />September 10, 1986 <br />9. That the ,nose of each of the driveway medians <br />located adjacent to the public roadways shall be <br />reduced in length to the satisfaction of the City <br />Efigineer. <br />10. That the sign program shall be substantially as <br />shown on the sign elevations contained in Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department, except for the <br />following modifications: <br />a. That the entrance monument signs be of a <br />design that matches the individual tenant <br />monument signs; <br />b. That the number of individual monument <br />identification signs shall be limited to a <br />maximum of two per tenant; <br />c. That the wall-mounted signs shall be limited <br />to the business name and logo only to be <br />depicted in non-illuminated dark grey metal <br />letters only; <br />d. That the final design of all entrance monument <br />signs, individual monument signs and wall <br />mounted signs shall be submitted for review <br />and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />installation; <br />11. That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />Condition 9, 12, 13, 14, 29, 33, 46, 49, and 54. <br />12. That the proposed brick to be utilized on the wall <br />be revised to a design exhibiting a deeper, richer <br />look with a more consistent red color. <br />- 3 - <br />
