PLANNING~COMMISSZON CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2839 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-36D, <br />MARTIN COMPANY/PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, The Martin Company has applied for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 258,000 sq. ft., <br />five building multi-tenant office complex on an <br />approximately 18.7 acre site located on the south side <br />of Stoneridge Drive between Willow Road and Hacienda <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 10, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was adopted for the <br />rezoning of the subject site; and <br />WHEREAS, this is not a new project under CEQA, therefore, no <br />additional environmental document was considered with <br />this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-36D, <br />application of the Martin Company for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 258,000 sq. ft., <br />five building multi-tenant office complex on an <br />approximately 18.7 acre site located on the south side <br />of Stoneridge Drive between Willow Road and Hacienda <br />Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, building elevations, landscape <br />plan, sign plan, grading plan and utility plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified herein. <br />2. That the developer submit a building permit survey <br />and a site development plan in accordance with the <br />Survey Ordinance, and that these plans be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. That the site development plan <br />include all required information to design and <br />construct site, grading, paving, drainage and <br />- 1 - <br />
