Resolution No. 2846 <br />October 22, 1986 <br />success of the physical operation of the business. <br />The proposed tenant space is located next to other <br />existing retail uses that are compatible with the <br />proposed use. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />The proposed financial institution will comply with <br />all provisions of Title 18 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ' <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-41, application of Amador Valley <br />Savings and Loan for a branch office of a financial <br />institution within the existing commercial complex <br />located at 1711 Santa Rita Road subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That this conditional use permit is applicable to <br />the tenant space located at 1711 Santa Rita Road <br />2. That the applicant obtain all the necessary <br />building permits prior to completion of any tenant <br />improvements. <br />3. That this conditional use permit shall become <br />invalid at such time as Amador Valley Savings <br />abandons its branch office within the Central <br />Business District. <br />Section 2.
