Provide City with one complete set of mylar reproducibles and <br /> camera ready copy of specifications. <br /> <br /> II. Additional Conditions <br /> <br /> A. Singer & Hodges, Inc. shall prepare light fixture location plan indi- <br /> cating fixture selection and location only. Electrical engineering <br /> services are not part of the services indicated in this proposal. <br /> <br /> B. The City of Pleasanton shall provide all existing information <br /> necessary for the completion of the landscape architectural services <br /> in this proposal. <br /> <br /> C. Upon written request, the City of Pleasanton shall execute and <br /> deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, such additional <br /> instruments, documents, surveys, governmental less, and charges which <br /> are necessary to perform the services indicated in this proposal. <br /> <br />III. Compensation for Services and Billing Procedure <br /> <br /> A. The fee for the services indicated in Item I of this proposal shall be <br /> <br /> 1. Design Development ................ $ 1,500.00 <br /> 2. Working Drawings and Specifications ....... 9,750.00 <br /> 3. Reimbursable Expenses Allowance .......... 500.00 <br /> Total: $11,750.00 <br /> <br /> B. Bills shall be submitted monthly, based on the progress of the work. <br /> IV. Additional Services <br /> <br /> Any extra services in addition to those indicated in this proposal shall <br /> be billed at the hourly rates listed in Exhibit 'B' in addition <br /> to the fee indicated in Item III above. <br /> <br /> <br />
