Landscape Architectural Services <br /> <br /> Stnger& Hodges, Inc. shall perform the following landscape architectural <br /> services. <br /> <br /> A. Destgn Development <br /> <br /> 1. Two meetings with City staff. One meeting to discuss the elements <br /> of the existing masterplan, and a second meeting following the <br /> preparation of the preliminary landscape plan. <br /> <br /> 2. Preparation of preliminary landscape plan defining major elements <br /> of the masterplan. Incorporate or delete elements, features, or <br /> ideas Identified in meeting with staff (Item I.A.1, above). <br /> <br /> 3. Submission of opinion of probable construction cost based on <br /> approved preliminary landscape plan. <br /> <br /> B. Working Drawings and Specifications <br /> <br /> 1. Preparation of existing conditions/demolition plan. <br /> <br /> 2. Preparation of layout plan showing plan and construction details <br /> necessary to install curbs, paving, fences, etc. <br /> <br /> 3.
