Resolution No. 2854 <br />October 22, 1986 <br />c. That the berm be removed along Old Bernal <br />Avenue and the sidewalk along this area be <br />straightened. <br />d. That various landscape islands referenced in <br />the staff report be curved at certain <br />locations. <br />2. That the applicant submit a final landscape plan <br />showing the above landscape changes. This plan <br />shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />3. That any signage for the library shall be reviewed <br />and approved by the Design Review Board. <br />4. That the entrance drive from Old Bernal Avenue be <br />designed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />and that guide striping and signing be installed <br />where required. The curb return radii for this <br />drive opening shall be 30' maximum. <br />5. The width of the drive aisle between the library <br />and City Hall shall be increased from 21' to 25' <br />6. That this development shall be subject to all <br />standard conditions of development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />Conditions 12, 13, 29, 30, 33, 41, 46, 52, and 54. <br />7.
