Postal Service for a p <br />more than 10 years; if the Postal Service wishes to <br />be retained beyond that time frame, it or the owner <br />shall make separate application and shall be <br />approved only after a traffic study indicates that <br />there will be no adverse traffic impact. <br />That in the event the Postal Services does not <br />select Site 51B for its north Pleasanton "annex," <br />the approval for Site 51B shall be null and void; <br />no construction shall take place on Site 51B until <br />a lease or other document found satisfactory by the <br />City Attorney has been entered into between the <br />owner and the Postal Service for its use of the <br />site for a post office annex. <br />15.
