Resolution No. 2864
Planning Commission
November 12, 1986
C. The proposed sales and construction trailer will
comply with all provisions of Chapter 18.124 of the
Pleasanton Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12,
1986 the Planning Commission considered all public
testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the
City staff concerning this application.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-45, application of Warmington
Homes for a conditional use permit to operate a
subdivision sales office in a temporary trailer facility
to be located at 17 Foothill Lane subject to the
following conditions:
1. That the development be substantially as shown on
the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning
Department.
2. That approval of this use permit does not
constitute approval of any signing for the trailer,
and if signing is desired, it shall be submitted to
the City under separate application.
3. That the applicant submit a landscape plan both for
the trailer site and also for the narrow strip of
land between the existing fence along Foothill Road
and the edge of pavement. The latter plan shall
also include an irrigation system. Both plans
shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning
Department prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
4. That the applicant install Foothill Road
landscaping. At the time the landscaping has been
completed, the applicant shall give notice to the
City so that it can assume responsibility of
maintenance.
5. That all trees used in the landscape plans shall
be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a
minimum of 5 gallons.
6. That no flags, banners, pinwheels, pennants or
similar attention attracting devices shall be
utilized in the complex.
7.
