PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2865 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-2-2 D, <br />APPLICATION OF THE KOLL COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Koll Company has applied for design review approval to <br />construct an approximately 41,450 square foot <br />office/training center on an approximately 3.8 acre <br />site, located on the west side of Koll Center Parkway <br />adjacent to Interstate 680; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12, <br />1986 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning and PUD approval for this business park. A <br />specific project of this type was included within the <br />scope of that EIR. Therefore no further environmental <br />document need be considered at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-2D as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan, floor plan, landscape plan, <br />building sketch and sign design, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the proposed cobble ground cover be eliminated and <br />replaced with shrubs and ground cover. <br />3. That at no time shall vehicles utilized in the service <br />training center be stored outside the screened area. <br />4. That the service roll-up doors located in the northwest <br />portion of the building be kept closed whenever <br />possible. <br />5. That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of PUD-80-2-2M for the approved Koll <br />Business Center. <br />- 1 - <br />
