That pedestrian and bicycle access shall be <br />provided along the proposed public street from <br />Stoneridge Mall road to the proposed entrance <br />drive. <br />23. That the applicant shall apply to Caltrans to <br />landscape the right-of-way along the future <br />Stoneridge Drive off-ramp (if not covered in NPID). <br />This area shall be maintained by the applicant <br />unless otherwise determined by Caltrans. A final <br />landscape plan for the subject site and the <br />Caltrans right-of-way shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />24. That because unacceptable traffic levels of service <br />will exist at the Foothill/Dublin Canyon Road <br />intersection until the Stoneridge Drive I-680 <br />interchange is operational, no City building or <br />grading permits shall be issued for the 520 unit <br />project until federal approval has been granted for <br />the new interchange and the environmental document <br />approved by that agency. <br />25. That the applicant shall be responsible for the <br /> installation and maintenance of a bus turnout and <br /> shelter in a location and design acceptable to the <br /> City Engineer. <br />31.
