That the developer shall make any revisions or <br />additions to the existing traffic signal at <br />Stoneridge Mall Road at the stub street north of <br />Fire Station No. 2 which may be deemed necessary by <br />the City Engineer. This shall include, but is not <br />limited to; striping, signing, emergency warning <br />signals, additional detector loops, etc. <br />17. That in the event that the existing stub street <br />north of Fire Station No. 2 does not extend <br />northeasterly as a public street, the developer <br />shall effect a transition between the public and <br />private portions of the street which is <br />satisfactory to the City Engineer. <br />18. That a street name for the public (stub) street <br />north of Fire Station 2 shall be selected and <br />approved by the Planning Department. <br />19. An 8' wide, P.C.C. sidewalk/bike route shall be <br />installed by the developer along the north side of <br />the public (stub) street north of Fire Station 2 <br />from Stoneridge Mall Road to this development. <br />This sidewalk shall be separated from the face of <br />curb by a minimum of 5' and be within a landscaped <br />area to be installed by the developer. <br />20. That the intersection of Stoneridge Mall Road at <br />Stoneridge Mall Road shall be redesigned and <br />reconstructed to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer to provide for the following: <br />a. A new public street as the east leg of the <br />intersection to serve, as the primary entrance <br />to this development and to future adjacent <br />commercial sites. This new street shall be a <br />four lane divided street and shall have a <br />minimum curb to curb width of 72' unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />The redesign of this intersection shall be <br />based upon a site specific traffic study which <br />will determine the number and length of <br />required left turn lanes for each leg of the <br />intersection. <br />b. That a traffic signal which is tied to the <br />traffic signal interconnect system. <br />21. That the project entrance drive located on the <br />south side of the proposed public street shall be <br />reviewed and redesigned to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer in order to provide safe and <br />unobstructed ingress and egress for this <br />development. <br />- 3 - <br />
