PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2868 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-22-1M AS <br />FILED BY MOZART DEVELOPMENT CO./REGIS HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Mozart Development Company and Regis Homes has applied <br />for a major modification to an approved development plan <br />for a commercial/office/residential complex to allow for <br />a 520-unit condominium/apartment complex, to be located <br />on an approximately 20.6 acre site located generally in <br />the area of the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial and Offices/High Density <br />Residential and Open Space (Parks and Recreation) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 25, 1986, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-81-22-1M after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this proposal; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-22-1M, application <br />of Mozart Development Co./Regis Homes for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for a <br />commercial/office/residential complex to allow for a <br />520-unit condominium/apartment complex, to be located on <br />an approximately 20.G acre site located generally in the <br />area of the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge Mall Road subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department except as modified in any of <br />the following conditions. <br />That the applicant be required to assign and label <br />all covered parking spaces. <br />That red curbs and "No <br />by state law to enable <br />along a1:L curbs along <br />orc9er to maintain clear <br />Parking" signs as required <br />enforcement, be installed <br />interior access roads in <br />fire lanes at all times. <br />- 1 - <br />
