Resolution No. 2869 <br />Planning Commission <br />November 25, 1986 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-48 as herein described subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely for the <br />4,000 sq. ft. chapel area within the building <br />located at 1035 Serpentine Lane as shown on the <br />site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the religious assemblies shall be limited to <br />weekday evening services after 6:00 p.m. and <br />Sundays. <br />3. That the applicant shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Department and Building <br />Department. Specifically, the applicant shall <br />resubmit tenant improvement plans to the Building <br />Department showing more linear feet of exit space. <br />4. That any signing proposed for the building shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Department <br />prior to installation. <br />5. That all activities associated with the proposed <br />chapel use shall be conducted entirely within the <br />building. <br />Section 2.
