Resolution No. 2870 <br />.Planning Commission <br />November 25, 1986 <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />The proposed warehouse will comply with all <br />provisions of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-49 as herein described subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the use occupy the area as shown on the site <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That all storage of parts be conducted entirely <br />within the building. <br />3. All signs proposed by the applicant shall conform <br />to an approved comprehensive sign program for the <br />subject site. <br />Section 2.
