Resolution No. 2876 <br />Planning Commission <br />November 25, 1986 <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 25, <br />1986 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application. <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12, <br />1986, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommend approval of a minor modification to allow <br />Sites 21A and 21C to be 1.511 acres and 1.489 acres in <br />size, respectively. <br />Section 2. Recommend approval the proposed development plan, <br />Case PUD 81-30-37D, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the developer submit a building permit survey <br />and a site development plan in accordance with the <br />Survey Ordinance, and that these plans be approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. That the site development plan <br />include all required information to design and <br />construct site, grading, paving, drainage and <br />utilities. Specific items to be indicated on the <br />site development plan necessary to construct the <br />improvements are to be in accordance with the most <br />recent City of Pleasanton Private Development <br />Design Guidelines and Standard Details. <br />That the proposed mitigation measures, as <br />identified in the previous traffic studies <br />completed for the AT&T and Reynolds and Brown <br />projects, for Hopyard Road/Owens Drive/EB I-580 <br />off-ramp, shall be interim and done at the time it <br />is deemed necessary by the City Engineer. If said <br />improvements are required to be constructed, then <br />the City shall spread, if feasible, the cost in <br />proportion to the pro rata square footage share of <br />all buildings whose approval was made possible by <br />these mitigation measures. <br />4. That the development shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 <br />reapproving the Hacienda Business Park. <br />5. That the final design of the entrance monument sign <br />be submitted for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to installation. <br />- 2 - <br />
