Resolution No. 2880 <br />Planning Commission <br />December 10, 1986 <br />6. That the applicant submit the final design of the <br />screen wall and trash enclosure located adjacent to <br />the service area for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />7. That the applicant submit final design of the sign <br />program for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />8. The applicant/developer shall submit a site utility <br />plan which establishes the points of discharge from <br />the private, on-site storm drain and sanitary sewer <br />systems to the connections with each respective <br />public main. This plan shall be reviewed and <br />approved by Engineering Services prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />9. The common driveway along the north property line <br />shall be increased from 26' to 30' in width. This <br />driveway shall be constructed to its full 30' <br />width. <br />10. Vehicle access for service vehicles shall be <br />provided to all public utility system manholes <br />on-site. <br />11. A minor-subdivision application and a subsequent <br />parcel map shall be processed by the Koll Center to <br />create the lot for this development <br />12 That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />Conditions 9, 12, 13, 14, 29, 33, 35, 46 and 49. <br />Section 2.
