PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2880 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-2-3D, <br />APPLICATION OF THE NCR AND THE KOLL COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, NCR and the Koll Company have applied for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 34,670 sq. ft. <br />office building to be located on an approximately 3.6 <br />acre site on the west side of Koll Center Parkway <br />adjacent to Interstate 680; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 10, <br />1986 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning and PUD approval for this business park. A <br />specific project of this type was included within the <br />scope of that EIR. Therefore no further environmental <br />document need be considered at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-3D as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan, floor plan, landscape plan, <br />building sketch and sign design, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the development shall be subject to all <br /> conditions of approval of PUD-80-2-2M for the <br /> approved Koll Business Center <br />3. That the proposed parking at the rear of the site <br /> not encroach into the landscaped PSE unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />4. An assessment district apportionment will be <br /> required prior to the recordation of a parcel map. <br />5. That the roof screen be constructed of the same <br /> material utilized for the building walls. <br />- 1 - <br />
