PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2880 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-2-3D, APPLICATION OF THE NCR AND THE KOLL COMPANY WHEREAS, NCR and the Koll Company have applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 34,670 sq. ft. office building to be located on an approximately 3.6 acre site on the west side of Koll Center Parkway adjacent to Interstate 680; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 10, 1986 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the rezoning and PUD approval for this business park. A specific project of this type was included within the scope of that EIR. Therefore no further environmental document need be considered at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-3D as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, floor plan, landscape plan, building sketch and sign design, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval of PUD-80-2-2M for the approved Koll Business Center 3. That the proposed parking at the rear of the site not encroach into the landscaped PSE unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 4. An assessment district apportionment will be required prior to the recordation of a parcel map. 5. That the roof screen be constructed of the same material utilized for the building walls. - 1 -
