8. A lighting plan shall be submitted to the Planning Director <br /> for approval prior to issuance of a building permit for the <br /> project.. <br /> <br /> 9. The radii leading into and out of the snorkel lane shall be <br /> increased to the satisfaction of the City Engineer to allow <br /> vehicles to maneuver easily through the snorkel lane. Said <br /> modification shall be submitted and approved prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit on the project. <br /> <br />10. The snorkel lane width shall be increased to a minimum width <br /> of 10 feet. <br /> <br />11. That an agreement be recorded with the City Attorney to <br /> insure the maintenance of all joint parking, access, and <br /> landscape areas prior to the issuance of any building permits <br /> for the project. <br /> <br />12. The entire parking lot area, including the main Chabot Drive <br /> driveway, but not including the retail parking north of that <br /> driveway, shall be installed concurrently with the post <br /> office. If the retail building(s) develop prior to the post <br /> office, then the entire parking lot shall be developed <br /> concurrently with the retail building(s). <br /> <br />13.
