'ResolUtion No. 89-428 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> c. Modify the post-retirement medical <br /> benefit to provide for a city <br /> contribution of at least 75% of the <br /> Kaiser two-party insurance premium for <br /> post retirement medical coverage for <br /> employees who retire from city service <br /> with a minimum of 10 years city service. <br /> <br /> d. Improve the city's maximum long term <br /> disability coverage from $1500 per month <br /> to $3000 per month. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to increase total <br /> management salaries by 6.53%. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The 1989-90 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is <br /> amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Resolution No. 88-465 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 5: Except as provided herein to the contrary, the <br /> terms and provisions of this Resolution shall not <br /> affect the applicability of the Personnel Rules of <br /> the City of Pleasanton to management and <br /> confidential employees who are not exempt from said <br /> Rules. <br /> <br /> Section 6: The salary and supplementary benefits set forth <br /> in this Resolution shall be the only compensation <br /> for the classifications set forth in Exhibit A <br /> hereto and there shall be no right to receive <br /> benefits contained in any Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with the City's recognized employee <br /> organizations which are not included in the <br /> salaries and supplementary benefits set forth <br /> herein. It is the City Council's intention that <br /> there shall be mutual exclusivity between the <br /> compensation plans set forth in this Resolution and <br /> the items contained in Memoranda of Understanding. <br /> <br /> Section 7: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
