The City Council finds that the above- <br />stated Mitigation Measures 1 through 8 shall become <br />"Conditions of Approval" to the Project. <br /> <br /> e. The design of the Project to double the <br />size of the Arroyo Mocho Channel, which will provide 2000 <br />linear feet of additional wildlife habitat, the other <br />mitigation measures contained in the Project, the imposition <br />of additional mitigation measures one through eight as <br />described on pages 20-21 of the DEIR, the other measures <br />incorporated into this Project, and the mitigation measures <br />which will be imposed in connection with future approvals <br />necessary for the development of the Project site have <br />mitigated, or will mitigate, the loss of wildlife habitat, <br />and the resulting decrease in wildlife number, diversity and <br />mobility. However, this impact cannot be reduced to a level <br />of insignificance as stated at page 66 of the DEIR. <br /> <br /> f.
