Resolution No. 89-424 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council finds, after having reviewed and <br /> considered the material in the Environmental Impact <br /> Report, that the Environmental Impact Report <br /> prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable <br /> for the project proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the Environmental <br /> Impact Report for the proposed project has been <br /> completed in compliance with the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act, and state and city <br /> guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 3, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
