CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-424 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AND STONERIDGE DRIVE PROPERTY <br /> OWNERS SPECIFIC PLANAS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> SP-88-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and Stoneridge Drive <br /> Property Owners have applied to adopt the <br /> Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan for a 293 acre site <br /> located south of 1-580, west of E1 Charro Road, <br /> north of Trenery drive, and east of the Gatewood <br /> Apartments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br /> proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the proposed <br /> ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Pleasanton has accepted and responded <br /> to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact <br /> Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by <br /> law, persons having special expertise with respect <br /> to any environmental impact involved, and other <br /> persons or organizations having an interest in the <br /> proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been <br /> prepared and contains the Draft Environmental <br /> Impact Report, comments and recommendations <br /> received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br /> and the responses of the City of Pleasanton to <br /> significant environmental points raised in the <br /> review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has provided proper public <br /> notice of completion of the Final Environmental <br /> Impact Report for the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br /> February 7, 1989 and held a public hearing upon the <br /> completeness and adequacy of the Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report in disclosing relevant <br /> environmental issues involved in the event the <br /> proposed ordinance were to be adopted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
