CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-422 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br /> PUD-81-30-44D, THE APPLICATION OF <br /> PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America has applied <br /> for design review approval for a 145,000 sq. ft. <br /> office and R & D complex proposed to be located on <br /> a 10.82 acre site located at the southeast corner <br /> of Willow Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the proposed design <br /> review application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-81-30-44D, the application of <br /> Prudential Insurance Company of America for design <br /> review approval for a 145,000 sq. ft. office and R <br /> & D complex proposed to be located on a 10.82 acre <br /> site located at the southeast corner of Willow Road <br /> and Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions <br /> shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 3, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> Pe'gAT~g~y~:~ ~idr~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
