CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-393 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH KAISER SANDAND GRAVEL ANDAN <br /> AGREEMENT TO WAIVE PUBLIC UTILITY <br /> REIMBURSEMENT COSTS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the License Agreement <br /> and Agreement to Waive Public Utility Reimbursement <br /> Costs between the City of Pleasanton and Kaiser <br /> Sand and Gravel, regarding storm drainage runoff to <br /> be stored on Kaiser's property, copies of which are <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS <br /> <br />Michael H.
