Revise the initial street configuration <br /> to show Stoneridge Drive terminating <br /> north of the Arroyo Mocho but with no <br /> connection to E1 Charro until it is <br /> improved. <br /> <br /> 18. Add language that with respect to the <br /> mechanism to fund public improvement <br /> costs, the property owners will continue <br /> to work with City staff to develop an <br /> appropriate mechanism. <br /> <br /> c.
