CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-387 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO APPROVE THE <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE SPECIFIC PLAN (SP-88-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 5, 1989, Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 89:397); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br /> time documents and testimony were received from the <br /> public; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council adopts a resolution of intention to adopt <br /> the Specific Plan, dated March 29, 1988, with the <br /> following changes: <br /> <br /> A. Staff recommended changes numbers 1, 2, 4, 7- <br /> 17, as set forth in Staff Report 89:397, at <br /> pages 16-17. <br /> <br /> B. Modify or delete staff recommended changes <br /> numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, and 18, as follows: <br /> <br /> 3. Redesignate the northwestern corner of <br /> the Chu property from High Density <br /> Residential to Medium Density <br /> Residential. <br /> <br /> 4. Delete in its entirety. <br /> <br /> 5. Revise the alignment of Stoneridge Drive <br /> to allow a 47-foot wide buffer between <br /> the six lane right-of-way and the Arroyo <br /> Mocho, moving the alignment seven feet <br /> south onto the Chu property, and require <br /> that a seven foot berm be constructed in <br /> the buffer at the time of initial roadway <br /> construction; and provide noise <br /> mitigation measures for any residence <br /> adjacent to the Arroyo Mocho bridge, or <br /> in any other location, where the roadway <br /> design does not meet City noise <br /> standards. <br /> <br /> <br />
