THE CITY OF <br />PL£~AS~4NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />June 19, 2007 <br />City Manager <br />TITLE: PRESENTATION OF THE 2007 COMMUNITY SATISFACTION SURVEY <br />SUMMARY <br />On February 20, 2007 the City hired the firm of Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin & Associates <br />for the purpose of conducting a community satisfaction survey to determine residents' <br />opinions regarding awide-range of city services. This report provides a brief summary <br />of some of the most notable survey results which are detailed in the attached power <br />point presentation and will be presented at the Council meeting by a representative of <br />Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin & Associates. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the City Council accept the 2007 Community Satisfaction Survey as <br />presented by Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin & Associates. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no financial impact as a result of this survey. The contract for the survey was <br />included in the 2006/07FY Budget. <br />
