She stated that staff will correct the text to reference the Community Trails <br />Master Plan. <br />Chairperson Fox inquired whether a temporary trail alignment had been approved for the <br />Iron Horse Trail. She thought there was astreet/sidewalk alignment as well as the <br />permanent one that went through Hacienda. <br />Ms. Stern stated that she would look into that. <br />Commissioner O'Connor indicated a typographical error on line two, Ironhorse trail. <br />Page 14-10 <br />There were none. <br />Page 14-11 <br />Chairperson Fox inquired if the Asphalt Plant and air quality in Alameda County should <br />be mentioned. It is located right outside of town and is still an air quality issue. <br />Page 14-12 <br />Commissioner Olson believed that affordable housing should be linked with this section <br />and noted that the Tri-Valley Business Council referenced that conclusion as well. <br />Commissioner Blank believed the link between affordable housing and economic <br />development could be alluded to in this section and placed in the Goals section. <br />Chairperson Fox agreed and then inquired whether the urban habitat and the settlement <br />over litigation of the Altamonte Landfill should be mentioned.
