ATTACHMENT C <br />DRAFT- APPROVED BUT NOT YET EXECUTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO 2007- <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEARS 2007-2008 THROUGH 2010-2011 <br />CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of <br />implementing the General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide <br />for the efficient expenditure of public funds relating to the subjects <br />addressed in the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly-noticed public hearing of June 13, 2007, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of City staff concerning the proposed Capital <br />Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2007-2008 through 2010-2011. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2007-2008 <br />through 2010-2011 as a whole and as individual projects, is consistent <br />with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br />Section 2: The Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />
