THE CITY OF <br />_ ~ - <br />j~L~~S~NTONo CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />June 19, 2007 <br />Public Works Department <br />TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7193, <br />SYCAMORE HEIGHTS (SUMMERHILL HOMES) <br />SUMMARY <br />Tract 7193 is a 48 lot, single-family residential subdivision located at the southern <br />terminus of Independence Road adjacent to the east side of Tract 6982, Bridle Creek. <br />This subdivision is located within the North Sycamore Specific Plan Area. The project is <br />complete and is ready for formal acceptance of public improvements by the City. The <br />Sycamore Heights Homeowners' Association has been notified that formal acceptance <br />of the public improvements for this development will be considered at this City Council <br />meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tract 7193, Sycamore <br />Heights. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be nominal costs associated with routine maintenance of water, sewer, storm <br />drain and roadway facilities when public improvements are accepted. <br />
