SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The subject site is a relative flat site located on the south side of Vineyard Avenue between the <br />Mitchell Katz Winery and the signalized entrance to Ruby Hill. It is approximately 36 acres in <br />size, a vineyard property, planted by Signature Properties with Ruby Hill development and <br />operated by Wente Brothers. Access to the site is provided by an existing driveway from Ruby <br />Hill Boulevard before the entrance kiosk.
