three (3) days of receipt of any complaint, any action <br /> or procedure taken with respect to such complaint. <br /> <br />9. Insurance. The Contractor further agrees to fulfill <br /> the ~ollowing: <br /> <br /> a. Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to the <br /> City of Pleasanton from his insurance carrier <br /> providing proof of Worker's Compensation and <br /> Policy Number. <br /> <br /> b. Provide a Certificate of Insurance from his <br /> insurance carrier showing the amount of Public <br /> liability and Property Damage coverage and naming <br /> the City of Pleasanton, its Council, employees, <br /> officers, boards and Agents as additional <br /> insureds. Insurance coverage shall be in at least <br /> the following amounts: <br /> <br /> PUBLIC LIABILITY <br /> General Bodily Injury -$5,000,000 Per Occurrence <br /> General Property Damage- 1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br /> or <br /> Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and <br /> Property Damage Liability - $3,000,000 <br /> <br /> AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br /> Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Person/S5,000,000 <br /> Per Occurrence <br /> Property Damage - $500,000 Per Occurrence <br /> or <br /> Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and <br /> Property Damage Liability - $5,000,000 <br /> <br /> c. Provide an endorsement precluding cancellation or <br /> reduction in coverage before the expiration of <br /> fifteen (15) days after City shall have received <br /> written notification by registered mail from the <br /> insurance carrier(s). <br /> <br /> In the event of the breach of any provision of this <br /> paragraph 9, or in the event of any notices received <br /> which indicate any required insurance coverage will be <br /> diminished or canceled, City at its option may, <br /> notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement <br /> to the contrary, immediately declare a material breach <br /> of this agreement and suspend or terminate all further <br /> work pursuant to this agreement. <br /> <br />10. Indemnity. The Contractor hereby agrees to, and shall <br /> hold the City, its elective and appointive Boards, <br /> Commission, officers, agents, and employees, harmless <br /> from any liability for damage or claims for property <br /> damage which may arise from the Contractor's, its <br /> <br /> - 7 - <br /> <br /> <br />
