c. City Parkinq Lots. Parking areas shall be compensated at the following monthly rates: Peters Lot $ 90.00 Century House 75.00 Amador Park 100.00 Sports Park 260.00 Tennis Park 70.00 City Hall 140.00 Library 35.00 Vineyard 52.50 Museum 30.00 Parking Lots may be added to this list by the City. Compensation shall be consistent with costs stated above. d. Special Events and Emergency Calls. Additional sweeping undertaken pursuant to Section 3(e) shall be compensated at the rate of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per hour. Any such work shall have a minimum charge of Sixty Dollars ($60.00). e. The Contractor shall bill the City by invoice monthly, showing by the above categories and itemizing by date, special event and/or location of emergency call, and length of time required for subsection (d) above, the amounts due and payable, and the City shall pay Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. The first invoice shall cover the first monthly period following the effective date of this Agreement and subsequent invoices shall cover monthly periods thereafter. 6. Term. The term of this Agreement, unless terminated pursuant to Paragraphs 9 and 13, shall be for a period of five years beginning on the date of execution of this Agreement. 7. Water Use. The Contractor shall provide sufficient water for the street,sweeping equipment. Water will be made available by the City and shall be metered and paid for by the Contractor in accordance with then existing City regulations. 8. Complaints. The Contractor shall maintain a record of complaints concerning the Contractor's performance of this Agreement, both those directed to the Contractor directly and those forwarded to the Contractor by City personnel.
