CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-367 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> A-1 ENTERPRISES FOR STREET SWEEPING <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and A-1 Enterprises, <br /> regarding street sweeping, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FORGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 BY THE <br /> FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy(/LC/~iaro J <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P, ROVED AS TO FORM~J~_~ <br />Michael H.
