This resolution shall be included in its entirety in Appenuix H, <br /> "Selected Alameda County Solid Waste Management Authority Resolutions." <br /> <br />II. Chan~es to Chapter II, "Objectives and Policies": <br /> <br /> Amend Policy 3(c), page II-8, to add the following sentence at the enu of <br /> the policy: <br /> <br /> This Plan provides for importation of municipal solid waste from Contra <br /> Costa County for two years on an emergency basis, pursuant to Resolution <br /> No. 33 of the Authority and for importation of municipal solid waste from <br /> the City and County of San Francisco, pursuant to Resolution No. 78 of <br /> the Authority. <br /> <br />Ill. Changes to Chapter III "Solid Waste Management Facilities": <br /> Figure II1-2 is amended to read: <br /> <br /> "Begin/End Two-Year Contra Costa County Import 7- <br /> <br /> "7 Pursuant to ACWMA Resolution No. 33" <br /> <br />IV. The following provisions of the plan amendment mitigate impacts identified <br /> in the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration. The provisions <br /> are part of this Plan and shall be incorporated in the County Solid Waste <br /> Facilities Permit: <br /> <br /> 1. The Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the proposed project shall not be <br /> implemented until the following permits ancjor plans are modified as <br /> needed to provide for said project: <br /> . Alameda County Waste Management Authority (County Solid Waste <br /> Management Plan); <br /> <br /> · Alameda County Department of Environmental Health (LEA) (Solid Waste <br /> Facilities Permit); <br /> · California Waste Management Board (County Solid Waste Management <br /> Plan/Solid Waste Facilities Permit); <br /> · Regional Water Quality Control Board (Discharge Permit); <br /> <br /> · Bey Area Air Quality Management District; <br /> <br /> 2. OSC shall not accept MSW from Contra Costa County for disposal at <br /> Alta]~ont Landfill that noes not originate from a specified wasteshed, <br /> as provided in the Alameda County Solid Waste Management Plan and in <br /> the CUP.
