Resolution No. 89-356 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> 1. That the trellis structure shall substantially <br /> conform to the plans and elevations, dated <br /> May 30, 1989, on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That a final landscape plan for the area of <br /> the trellis structure shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Director for review and approval <br /> prior to the issuance of a building permit; <br /> said plan shall include a vine (climbing <br /> species) for the trellis. <br /> <br /> 3. That there shall be no additional structures <br /> between the trellis and the house. <br /> <br /> 4.
