The CONSULTANT shall schedule and attend <br />meetings with the affected utility agencies and Alameda <br />County and shall prepare necessary exhibit materials and <br />estimates to help advance the work. <br /> <br />TASK 4--DEMOgITION CONTRACT <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare a separate construction <br />contract for demolition of the County of Alameda buildings <br />located within the proposed interchange right-of-way. <br />Appropriate plans will be prepared along with the General <br />and Special Provisions needed for the work. The CONSULTANT <br />will coordinate the work of a special consultant retained by <br />the CITY to investigate, locate, and quantify any asbestos <br />in the buildings to be demolished. Results of the asbestos <br />investigation will be incorporated into the contract docu- <br />ments along with accompanying special provisions for the re- <br />moval and disposal of the asbestos. The technical specifi- <br />cations related to asbestos removal will be provided by the <br />CITY's special asbestos consultant. <br /> <br />TASK 5--PROJECTNANAGENENT <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide the necessary project manage- <br />ment and administration to coordinate and manage the work <br />described in this AMENDMENT.
