Ensco Environmental Services, Inc. (EES) has been <br />requested. by Mr. Rick Mueller of the City of Pleasanton Fire Department to <br />prepare a proposal to determine the current environmental quality of the <br />property. <br /> <br />EES's approach to the project is described in Section 2.0. Field activities are <br />summarized in Section 3.0 Scope of Work. Section 4.0 covers random soil <br />sampling, Section 5.0 the site investigation report, and Section 6.0 project <br />costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
