Our fee for the scope <br /> of services outlined above will be as follows: <br /> <br /> Desiqn Level Geotechnical Investiqation <br /> <br /> Field Exploration ...................................... $1,400 <br /> Laboratory Testing ..................................... 1,500 <br /> Analysis and Report .................................... 3,600 <br /> Total $6,500 <br /> <br /> We will not exceed $6,500 without prior authorization. <br /> <br /> The above estimated fee assume that hazardous or toxic materials <br /> will not be encountered during our field exploration, or in samples <br /> selected for laboratory analyses. If hazardous or toxic materials <br /> are encountered or suspected, client and BGC agree that such a <br /> discovery constitutes a condition mandating a redefinition of <br /> project scope and budget, or termination of services. <br /> <br /> This proposal remains valid for 60 days from the date hereon unless <br /> cancelled by either party of extended by mutual written agreement. <br /> Please return one signed copy of this letter as our formal <br /> authorization to proceed with our investigation. Preliminary <br /> results from our study will be transmitted verbally as they become <br /> available.
