• Under Goal 2 related to transportation energy, the Planning Commission <br />recommended that several policies and programs be considered for inclusion in <br />the Circulation Element. <br />In addition to the changes noted above, Attachment 2, the red-lined draft, also <br />incorporates several comments on the Draft Energy Element made by Vice Mayor <br />McGovern. These changes/additions are shown in blue in Attachment 2. Vice Mayor <br />McGovern's questions and comments and staff's responses are included in the agenda <br />packet as Attachment 8.
