Program elements could include an educational <br />component, an informational component, financial and/or expedited <br />permitting incentives, technical and design assistance, case studies, award <br />programs, and other types of support. <br />Policy 11: Allow market-driven conservation measures to thrive. <br />Program 11.1: Community Choice Aggregation, if adopted, should allow for <br />market-driven opportunities consistent with the Generator Siting Ordinance. <br />Page 10 <br />April 19, 2005 <br />
